Patient Access Liaison (Los Angeles, CA)

Location: Field based in Los Angeles, California, United States; candidate must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory borders and travel 50% or more by air and car.

Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Support healthcare sites with REMS certification and patient enrollment processes.
• Improve site access readiness and coordinate treatment logistics across REMS, HUB, specialty pharmacy, distribution, and external support processes.
• Educate site and office personnel on coverage, coding, reimbursement, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and affordability programs.
• Identify and resolve case-level access barriers through approved buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, HUB, and support pathways.
• Maintain account plans, stakeholder relationships, CRM documentation, and compliant cross-functional handoffs.
• Share field insights and maintain non-promotional role boundaries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, patient support services, benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, affordability programs, and access resources.
• Experience supporting patient progression from referral through treatment initiation and partnering with treatment sites.
• Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license required.
• Must have employment rights in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to travel 50% or more and reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory borders.
