Senior Mainframe Automation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Manage and modernize z/OS automation environments and related systems data.
• Maintain, upgrade, convert, and transform z/OS automation software.
• Integrate automation software with z/VM, OMEGAMON, SYSVIEW, MainView, ServiceNow, Remedy, Netcool, and other platforms.
• Install, customize, and upgrade GDPS environments, including integration of new systems.
• Implement, test, and validate Hyperswap, disaster recovery, and high-availability processes.
• Prepare and validate upgrades for mainframes, z/OS, IMS, CICS, DB2, MQ, and related software and hardware.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in mainframe automation and system administration.
• Deep knowledge of automation tools such as Broadcom OPS/MVS, MainView Auto Operator, IBM AF OPER, and System Automation.
• Deep REXX programming knowledge.
• Experience with maintenance, upgrades, change and incident tools, and automated solutions.
• Practical AI knowledge and implementation experience.
• Ability to communicate in English or Spanish; English is required when used as the working language.

• Mainframe modernization experience.
• Mainframe integration with hyperscaler solutions.
