Software Asset Lifecycle Management Specialist

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Salary: 800–1,050 PLN per day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Maintain and develop the Software Lifecycle experience for Service Areas.
• Provide accurate and accessible Software Lifecycle data to customers to support transparency, decision-making, and compliance.
• Investigate obsolete-software cases and help Service Areas assess risks, impacts, and mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, application owners, and Service Areas on lifecycle issues and remediation steps.
• Support Software Lifecycle audits with data, documentation, and subject-matter expertise.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Software Asset Lifecycle Management and related processes.
• Good understanding of software and hardware environments, IT architecture, software processes, and governance principles.
• Experience with reporting and data analysis using Power BI and Excel.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, cooperation, and teamwork skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with FlexeraOne or similar Software Asset Management solutions.
• Knowledge of FlexNet Manager Suite, Data Platform, or FlexeraOne ITAM and ITV modules.
• Experience with Software Asset Management and software lifecycle processes.
