Regional Perishable Operations Manager

Salary: $117,500–$157,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee execution of merchandising programs, marketing campaigns, product flows, ordering, quality, training, and production across multiple clubs.
• Drive regional perishable sales and profitability plans using sales, merchandising, and operational performance data.
• Identify execution gaps, implement merchandising strategies, and improve consistency across the club network.
• Develop Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager capabilities to improve execution, operations, and member service.
• Coordinate with senior leadership, club operations, distribution center operations, CSC, and merchandising teams.
• Support training programs, succession planning, and new club openings, including knowledge transfer for perishable operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in BJ’s IS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Experience in perishable goods merchandising and operations is advantageous.
• Role location: United States-based home office/remote position in Virginia.
