Special Needs Plans (SNP) Operations Manager

Salary: $73,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop Devoted’s Special Needs Plans Models of Care annually in collaboration with the SNP Operations Director.
• Manage policies, procedures, compliance universes, and documentation to maintain audit readiness.
• Review changing CMS and State Medicaid requirements and translate them into operational workflows.
• Build process improvements and early-warning systems to identify and prevent compliance gaps.
• Develop Medicaid benefit knowledge tools and configurations for frontline staff and members.
• Oversee routine Medicaid reporting and coordinate accurate, timely submissions across teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, managed care, health plan, or healthcare operations.
• Experience interpreting CMS and/or State Medicaid regulatory guidelines and translating them into operational workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, independence, and ability to manage compliance work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Special Needs Plans, SNP Model of Care development and implementation, or SNP care management operations.
• Experience with Medicaid compliance, benefits administration, claims processing, or D-SNP dual-eligible benefit coordination.
