Client Service Representative (Custody Services)

Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of application and throughout employment.

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for custody-related client queries and own their resolution.
• Maintain and enhance client service while identifying and resolving service delivery root causes.
• Communicate proactively with investment manager contacts and participate in service reviews.
• Build relationships with internal partners and monitor client data and standing instructions.
• Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions, funding requirements, and ASL situations.
• Follow risk policies and best-practice procedures.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet multiple daily client deadlines.
• Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
• Strong understanding of risks associated with the role.
• Right to work in Ireland is required.
• Employment permit sponsorship is not available, including Critical Skills, General Employment, Intra-Company Transfer, and Stamp 1G permits.
