Vice President, Portfolio Solutions

Location: Chicago, Illinois — 110 North Wacker Drive, Suite 2700

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base salary, plus a short-term cash incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop customized investment proposals and multi-asset portfolio solutions aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and portfolio constraints.
• Conduct strategic asset allocation and portfolio construction analysis across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power, private equity, and credit.
• Evaluate private-market investment opportunities, including return drivers, cash flows, liquidity, diversification, and portfolio sizing across funds, direct deals, and co-investments.
• Monitor portfolio allocations, performance, cash flows, deployment, and market developments for portfolio reviews and client updates.
• Prepare portfolio analytics, presentations, and materials for investment committees, clients, prospects, and business development initiatives.
• Participate in client meetings, explain investment concepts and hirify.global capabilities, and support client-facing teams throughout the relationship lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant investment experience, including required private-market experience focused on asset allocation or portfolio solutions.
• Experience evaluating private-market opportunities and contributing to investment decisions.
• Strong understanding of portfolio trade-offs across private-market investments and structures.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg or FactSet.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to collaborate across organizational levels.

• Graduate degree, CFA, or CAIA designation.
