What you will do
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases for software products.
- Conduct manual and automated testing and identify and report defects.
- Write detailed test plans from feature requirements and review software design specifications.
- Design and develop automated tests and onboard tools that improve QA efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers throughout the software development and release process.
- Provide quality reports and ensure products comply with international quality standards and regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience with testing methodologies, tools, frameworks, agile development, software development lifecycles, and release processes.
- Ability to write clear test cases, defect reports, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS or B2B2C environment.
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, or similar test automation tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with performance and load testing.
