Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java, Selenium, Playwright)

hirify.global is building a large-scale healthcare eCommerce platform supported by a distributed engineering team.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and test suites.
• Build UI, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end automated tests.
• Improve automation coverage, reliability, and maintainability while identifying, documenting, and verifying software defects.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA Engineers, Product, and DevOps throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to Playwright and TypeScript initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional QA Automation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, and existing automation frameworks.
• Experience with web test automation, API testing, Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Experience using AI coding and testing tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, SQL, database testing, or cloud-based applications.
