Sales Agent/Account Manager (Automotive)

Location: Office-based in Rustavi, Georgia

An established international automotive company helping customers purchase and ship vehicles from US auto auctions worldwide.

What you will do

• Connect with daily leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Advise customers on purchasing vehicles through US auto auctions and guide them through the full import process.
• Manage the purchase cycle from winning bids through final delivery.
• Grow assigned accounts and meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide customer support, collect feedback, and build relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customers and international internal teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in car sales or strong knowledge of the US auto auction industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with CRM tools, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office.
