Power Platform Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance in Norwich 2–3 times per day

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum

What you will do

• Develop and maintain business-critical solutions across Microsoft Power Platform.
• Build solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop, APIs, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Automate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using AI and Copilot capabilities.
• Work with the wider business to gather requirements and take solutions through to delivery.
• Ensure delivered solutions are stable, secure, and maintainable.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of focused Power Platform development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform.
• Experience working with Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to attend the Norwich location 2–3 times per day as part of the hybrid arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot and AI.
