TL;DR
Technical Solution Architect (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform) (Microsoft enterprise solutions): Designing and governing secure, scalable Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform architectures across complex programmes with an accent on integration, security, data, Azure, and DevOps/ALM. Focus on solving enterprise scalability challenges, defining reusable architecture patterns, guiding technical trade-offs, and mentoring architects and consultants.

What you will do
- Shape the technical direction and lead architecture for large-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform programmes.
- Design end-to-end solutions covering integrations, APIs, data architecture, security, automation, environments, performance, and scalability.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, architecture reviews, design authorities, and governance activities.
- Establish DevOps, ALM, release management, resilience, availability, and technical assurance approaches.
- Work with senior client stakeholders, functional architects, project leadership, and cloud and infrastructure specialists.
- Develop reusable patterns and standards while mentoring consultants and future architects.
Requirements
- Significant experience designing and delivering complex Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience at Senior Technical Consultant, Principal Consultant, Technical Architect, or Solution Architect level.
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure architecture, enterprise integrations, APIs, and data solutions.
- Experience with DevOps, ALM, environment management, architecture governance, technical assurance, security, scalability, performance, resilience, and large programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills, including communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring technical professionals; relevant Microsoft certifications are expected.
Nice to have
- Experience incorporating Copilot, AI, and intelligent automation into Microsoft solution architectures.
