Power Platform Developer

Location: Norwich, United Kingdom, with a hybrid arrangement combining office attendance and remote working

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum

An established UK law firm expanding its internal technology function and improving systems used across the organisation.

What you will do

• Build applications and automated processes using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI.
• Enhance VisualFiles workflows, scripts, templates, and supporting data structures.
• Connect internal platforms, Microsoft 365, and external services through REST APIs and Dataverse.
• Develop, maintain, test, and document .NET applications and integrated systems.
• Investigate issues, support existing solutions, and work with stakeholders to define practical technical improvements.

Requirements

• Commercial experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Ability to build or support REST API integrations and familiarity with Dataverse and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Development experience with C#, .NET, or another object-oriented language.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, source control, and testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• VisualFiles configuration or development experience, including Task Server, scripting, templates, workflows, or data structures.
• Knowledge of Intapp or a comparable workflow and client-intake platform.
• Previous experience in a law firm, professional-services business, or case-management environment.
