Senior Ecommerce Executive

Location: Manchester, UK; onsite role

What you will do

• Build and own daily trade plans, budgets, phasing, and reforecasting in collaboration with senior ecommerce and channel managers.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions for management review.
• Set revenue and gross profit phasing and align commercial targets with marketing activity.
• Manage campaigns end to end across buying, marketing, merchandising, retail media, creative, and copy.
• Present performance updates and commercial recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Delegate work, support direct reports, and lead onboarding and ongoing training for new starters.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data collection, analysis, manipulation, and presentation.
• Confident use of Excel formulas, reporting, and executive-level systems, including the ability to train others.
• Clear communication, strong organisation, time management, and accountability.
• Proactive decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to adapt priorities, delegate effectively, influence stakeholders, and develop productive cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to work onsite in Manchester, UK.
