Production Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada

Salary: CAD 19.86–34.76 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits

Advanced manufacturing organization producing active pharmaceutical ingredients and supporting clinical-to-commercial manufacturing for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

What you will do

• Work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts in a production environment.
• Perform production and assembly processes in compliance with GMP, GDP, and standard operating procedures.
• Operate production, filling, and packaging equipment.
• Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure correct batch ingredients and quantities.
• Support process and equipment validation related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization.
• Maintain regulatory records and assist with in-process testing to verify batch specifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Availability for a full-time schedule with rotating day and night shifts.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience documenting work in a regulated environment.
• cGMP experience.
