What you will do

• Repair and service bicycles quickly, consistently, and accurately.
• Complete more than 50% of the team's total repairs.
• Handle the team's most complex bicycle repairs.
• Maintain high standards of repair quality and technical performance.
• Build trust with bicycle owners through reliable service and clear communication.
• Support the team and contribute to store operations as needed.

• Attention to detail and persistence when diagnosing technical issues.
