Information Security Apprentice (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Participate in vulnerability scanning, access reviews, business continuity tests, and security policy review cycles.
• Triage findings from AWS GuardDuty, Inspector, Security Hub, CrowdStrike Falcon, and other security sources, then track remediation through closure with engineering teams.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents, support endpoint security through JAMF and CrowdStrike Falcon, and contribute to incident documentation and post-incident reviews.
• Support identity and access management across Google Workspace, AWS, Slack, JAMF, GitLab, GitHub, and internal applications.
• Maintain ISO 27001 controls and evidence, support HIPAA implementation, audits, corrective actions, and recertification activities across three business units.
• Contribute to vendor and SaaS security reviews, customer security questionnaires, awareness initiatives, AI governance, and SaaS governance.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree program in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• Eligible for an apprenticeship contract in France.
• Foundational knowledge of networks, operating systems, identity and access management, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Curious, hands-on, rigorous, reliable, and comfortable learning new tools and documenting recurring work.
• Interest in automation and AI tooling for improving recurring security activities.
• Professional French and strong written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with AWS, Linux, Python, or Bash.
• Awareness of ISO 27001, GDPR, or other security and privacy frameworks.
• Personal security projects, CTF participation, a home lab, or certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC, or AWS Cloud Practitioner.
