IT Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Own and scale internal IT infrastructure across identity, devices, productivity systems, networking, and business applications.
• Design and operate identity and access management systems, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and role-based access controls.
• Lead domain migrations, email infrastructure projects, device management, SaaS integrations, and onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Automate IT operations through scripting, workflow automation, and infrastructure tooling.
• Manage macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoint fleets, including provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain foundational security controls, support incident response and vulnerability remediation, and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, networking, and SaaS issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience building and operating IT infrastructure in fast-growing startups or technical organizations.
• Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, or similar identity and access management platforms.
• Experience with domain migrations, email administration, SSO deployments, SaaS integrations, and endpoint management through MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of networking, corporate infrastructure, cloud environments, and security practices.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, prioritization, and independent problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting engineering-heavy organizations, AI companies, robotics companies, or high-growth startups.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar compliance frameworks.
