Focus on optimizing distributed systems, improving observability and performance, managing Kubernetes and GitOps deployments, and handling production incidents.

What you will do

Design, build, maintain, and evolve backend services and microservices using .NET and C#.
Develop core domain flows including accounts, registration, authentication, wallets, and related business capabilities.
Build asynchronous, event-driven integrations and work with transactional relational database flows.
Improve performance, observability, service design, and backward compatibility across production systems.
Manage Kubernetes deployment configurations and manifests in a GitOps environment, collaborating with DevOps on Terraform-related infrastructure changes.
Participate in code reviews, QA collaboration, on-call rotations, technical debt reduction, and production incident response.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial backend development experience with C# and .NET 6+, .NET Core, or ASP.NET Core.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Kafka or similar message brokers, relational databases, SQL transactions, indexing, query optimization, and ORM tools such as Entity Framework.
Experience writing unit and integration tests and understanding authentication and authorization with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
Knowledge of software design principles, observability, production monitoring, and troubleshooting performance and memory issues.
English: Upper Intermediate required.

Nice to have

Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Grafana, Loki, or Tempo.
