Tech Lead (iGaming)

What you will do

• Guide the technical direction of the MYNT supplier platform and turn product needs into practical solutions.
• Stay hands-on with implementation while managing technical trade-offs, dependencies, scalability, and long-term platform evolution.
• Own technical quality and production behavior across design, code review, testing, release, and support.
• Investigate recurring production issues, address technical debt, and improve performance and reliability.
• Mentor engineers, build squad capability, and enable independent technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, architects, Tech Leads, neighboring squads, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership role such as Tech Lead or Lead Developer.
• Strong professional experience building backend systems with object-oriented languages, especially C# and modern .NET/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework or EF Core and relational database design.
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, service-based architecture, software design principles, patterns, and clean architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, production support, structured problem-solving, and technical ownership.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, or other containerized and cloud-native environments.
• Knowledge of API gateways, messaging, gRPC, event-driven, or asynchronous architectures.
• Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, database scalability, and high-availability or high-throughput transactional systems.
• Experience in gaming, betting, or fintech.
