Business Applications Manager (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central)

Location: Weybridge, Surrey, United Kingdom; four days onsite per week is required.

Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per annum, with £65,000–£70,000 available for an exceptional candidate.

hirify.global is recruiting for an established UK-based business with a long-term business applications technology roadmap.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day management and development of the core business applications environment.
• Provide hands-on Microsoft Dynamics NAV support, configuration, and system improvements.
• Work with users across the business to gather requirements and improve processes.
• Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners.
• Provide technical and functional input across the wider business applications environment.
• Support the planned January 2029 transition from NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Experience as an internal NAV/Business Central subject matter expert or business systems specialist.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Warehousing processes.
• Good SQL and SQL Server experience; Power BI knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with business applications, system configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working four days per week onsite in Weybridge; this requirement is non-negotiable.
