Workday HCM Systems Analyst (Workday Recruiting)

What you will do

• Configure, integrate, and continuously optimise Workday HCM, with a primary focus on Workday Recruiting.
• Translate business requirements into practical Workday solutions aligned with product and business roadmaps.
• Deliver Workday projects, manage releases, assess new features, and perform regression testing.
• Investigate production incidents and service requests while maintaining a high standard of platform support.
• Improve HR processes, reporting, data quality, security controls, documentation, and user adoption.
• Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, technical IT teams, and Systems Operations.

Requirements

• Experience supporting, configuring, or optimising Workday HCM.
• Strong experience or knowledge of Workday Recruiting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience with Workday releases, testing activities, or feature deployments.
• Understanding of HR processes, data quality, reporting, and system controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Workday Functional Specialist, HRIS, or enterprise applications team.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting and analytics.
• Experience supporting system integrations or working with technical integration teams.
• Familiarity with Workday security, data governance, release management, and process documentation.
