DevOps Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Administer Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain Shell, KSH, and PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment best practices using Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
• Work with Oracle Database environments and develop automation scripts in Python.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• More than 9 years of experience in DevOps, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong experience administering Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
• Solid knowledge of Shell, KSH, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database environments and Python for automation and scripting.
• Effective communication in English and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with BMC Control-M or other enterprise workload schedulers.
• Experience with Micro Focus CSA (HCM).
