Social Media Manager

Location: London, hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary: £45,000–£70,000 per year, dependent on experience

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day social strategy and content calendar across TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop concepts, scripts, videos, captions, graphics and carousels from idea through publication.
• Create founder-led content by directing experts on camera and translating complex subjects into accessible stories.
• Monitor conversations, cultural trends and community behaviour to identify content opportunities.
• Use performance data to improve engagement, awareness, traffic, customer acquisition and community growth.

Requirements

• Proven social media experience in a consumer brand, creator or founder-led business, or agency.
• Strong TikTok and Instagram expertise.
• Confidence filming and editing content independently using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format with 3 days per week in the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience in D2C healthcare, supplements or wellness products.
