Social Media Manager

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day organic social channels, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Build and manage the content calendar and maintain a consistent weekly posting cadence.
• Develop content from idea to publication, including ideation, self-shooting, editing, copywriting, publishing, and optimisation.
• Identify trends, creators, conversations, and cultural moments, adapting them into native social content.
• Build community through active engagement with comments, conversations, and audience-led content opportunities.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time, and other performance metrics, sharing actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating and editing social content, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong understanding of social trends, formats, hooks, editing styles, and platform-native storytelling.
• Ability to self-shoot and self-edit content quickly using readily available tools and locations.
• Ability to write compelling hooks, captions, and on-screen copy.
• Highly organised, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to use data and audience insight to test, learn, and improve content performance.
