We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to join an early-stage UK HealthTech company and take ownership of social media and visual content.

This is a hands-on, part-time role for someone who can combine strong visual skills, social media expertise and modern AI creative tools — from developing content ideas to producing and publishing the final assets.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, Head of B2B and Head of Growth Marketing, contributing to the brand’s social presence, partnerships, influencer collaborations and marketing campaigns. The company operates in the preventive healthcare space in the UK.

What you’ll be doing
Social Media: Manage and develop Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn for a UK audience.
Content Creation: Create static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels and short-form videos
Develop visual concepts and turn briefs into polished content
Produce content from idea to final publication
Influencer & Partner Content: Create visual and video assets for influencers and commercial partners. Support B2B collaborations, campaigns and product launches
Performance & Growth: Track reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance
AI & Creative Tools: Use modern AI tools for image generation, video creation, design and editing. Experiment with new tools and workflows to make content production faster and more effective

Must-have experience:
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design, video and Reels
Previous experience in health, wellness or healthcare — required
Experience managing brand social media accounts
Experience creating content for influencers and commercial partners
Strong visual sense and understanding of current social media trends
Confident hands-on user of modern AI creative tools
Ability to work independently from a brief and deliver a finished result
Good English

Would be a plus: Experience working with a UK audience or UK-based brands
Background in HealthTech, diagnostics, preventive healthcare or clinics
