Architect SAP ABAP Developer (SAP)

Location: Poland; hybrid and remote work are available, with regular business trips and on-site presence at customer locations in Poland.

What you will do

• Own the technical architecture of custom developments, extensions, and integrations for large-scale S/4HANA implementations.
• Design solutions aligned with clean core principles and translate customer requirements into feasible technical approaches.
• Lead workshops with business representatives and key users and present technical concepts, trade-offs, and risks to stakeholders.
• Define development standards and design guidelines and ensure quality through design and code reviews.
• Lead the development team and coordinate with functional consultants and the project manager.
• Estimate technical scope, manage risks, and support delivery from blueprint through go-live and hypercare, including on-site project phases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including 2–3 years as a technical lead or solution architect.
• Experience with full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects and strong knowledge of modern ABAP and classic RICEFW developments.
• Understanding of SAP business processes and functional modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, and PP.
• Experience with Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and IDocs connecting S/4HANA with non-SAP systems.
• Fluent Polish and upper-intermediate English.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, customer-facing experience, and readiness for regular business trips and on-site work in Poland.
