What you will do

• Administer and secure Microsoft 365, Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, and email security services.
• Configure Conditional Access Policies, multifactor authentication, identity controls, and user and device access.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint compliance, application deployment, updates, and device management.
• Monitor Microsoft Defender alerts, respond to security incidents, and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support Microsoft Purview data protection, retention, and compliance policies.
• Manage Windows endpoints, assist with Windows Server administration, document systems, and support IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Conditional Access Policies, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and email security.
• Experience managing Windows desktop environments and knowledge of identity, access, endpoint security, and Microsoft security best practices.
• Experience with Mimecast, Azure, or Windows Server administration.
• Experience supporting public-sector, government, or regulated environments and knowledge of NIST or other compliance frameworks.
• Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft 365 Administrator, Endpoint Administrator, Identity and Access Administrator, Security Operations Analyst, or Azure Administrator are relevant.
