Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Remote; flexible hours

What you will do

• Draft prompts testing AI models on revenue, leases, business combinations, and SEC disclosures.
• Review AI-generated technical accounting and SEC reporting work for incorrect standards application and presentation.
• Identify missing disclosures and non-GAAP reporting issues.
• Evaluate the quality of the model's reasoning and rate its output.
• Write accurate accounting memos and disclosures with appropriate supporting citations.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical accounting or SEC reporting experience under US GAAP.
• Ability to apply ASC standards to complex, real-world fact patterns.
• Clear written English required for producing explanations used as training data.
• Relevant backgrounds include SEC Reporting Manager or Technical Accounting Manager.
• No degree required; demonstrated practical ability is valued.
