What you will do

  • Review AI-generated answers for incorrect codes, impractical processes, and compliance mistakes.
  • Rate the quality and reasoning of AI outputs.
  • Write accurate answers and operational guidance when the model falls short.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in healthcare administration, billing, or practice operations.
  • Familiarity with common coding and insurance workflows.
  • Clear written English for explaining operational decisions.
  • No degree required; practical capability and relevant experience are valued.
