FP&A Analyst

Location: Remote; flexible hours

Salary: $40–$125+ per hour, depending on task difficulty and specialization

What you will do

• Draft prompts covering forecasting, budgeting, driver-based modeling, and management reporting.
• Evaluate AI-generated financial models and analysis for broken logic, unrealistic assumptions, and unsupported conclusions.
• Check whether variance bridges tie to actuals and rate the quality of the reasoning.
• Write accurate, defensible analysis that a finance business partner could present to the business.

Requirements

• Hands-on FP&A experience in planning, forecasting, or management reporting.
• Experience building and stress-testing driver-based financial models.
• Clear written English for producing explanations used as AI training signals.
• No degree is required; practical ability and relevant experience are the focus.
