What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions and enterprise marketing campaign architectures.
• Design and configure advanced business logic, custom SSJS and AMPscript, automated workflows, data models, and API integrations.
• Translate client objectives into technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and multi-channel customer journeys.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops and collaborate with client marketers, architects, product teams, and delivery specialists.
• Establish testing and quality standards, troubleshoot complex SFMC issues, and act as a senior technical escalation point.
• Mentor junior Application Consultants and help optimize Catalyst platform tools and features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and custom API integrations.
• Deep expertise in marketing operations, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, and complex trigger-based customer journeys.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills, including technical workshops, executive communication, and requirements analysis.
• Technical proficiency in JavaScript, SSJS, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL, audience segmentation, data validation, governance, and security.
• Experience acting as a technical lead, mentoring team members, and driving quality standards across projects.
• Strategic leadership, pragmatic problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
