Manager, Enterprise Solutions (SAP/ERP)

What you will do

• Lead the operational management of large-scale ERP, CRM, and SCM projects.
• Develop business-value-driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts, implementation plans, and rollout roadmaps.
• Advise clients on SAP S/4HANA transitions, business benefits, overall architecture, and alternative platforms.
• Lead the BCG Platinion project team and collaborate with client board members and senior management.
• Prepare and present proposals for major Enterprise Solutions projects.
• Contribute to Nordic Enterprise Solutions leadership, practice meetings, and internal content topics.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP, CRM, or SCM projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and SCM implementation methodologies, supporting procedures, business cases, benefit management, and process modeling.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise solutions used in large transformation projects.
• Experience with data-driven architectures and integration of modules into end-to-end processes such as Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Fluent in one Nordic language and English, written and spoken.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and other generative AI tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, PLM, MES, or other complex application landscapes.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
