About the Role

You will design financial data architecture and the flow of data from core banking platforms through the ledger and data warehouse into Business Central. You will automate month-end close processes, investigate and resolve data issues, administer finance systems, and translate finance needs into technical requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an architect, engineering, or finance systems role
• SQL
• Python
• Data extraction, transformation, and modelling
• API integration
• MCP
• Month-end close experience
• Knowledge of cut-off, reconciliations, and audit trails
• Finance-system or ERP administration experience
• Experience with LLMs or agent tooling, or willingness to learn
• Senior stakeholder communication
• Business Central experience is a strong plus
• Core banking experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Design financial data architecture and data flows
• Lead automation of the month-end close
• Query, reconcile, and resolve finance data issues
• Own Business Central and relevant finance systems
• Set data-quality standards across finance source systems
• Translate finance requirements for data squads
• Rethink core finance processes with AI
