Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, with authorization to work in the United States required

Salary: $114,300–$165,700 USD base salary annually, plus variable compensation and equity. The targeted range is $130,000–$155,000, with targeted OTE of approximately $152,941–$182,352.

What you will do

• Drive platform adoption, technical health metrics, and value realization across assigned enterprise accounts.
• Build technical relationships with security practitioners, architects, and technical leaders.
• Advise customers on security program improvements, detection strategies, integrations, and configuration optimization.
• Coordinate the technical aspects of customer security incidents while partnering with Customer Success Managers on executive communication.
• Troubleshoot integration and technical challenges with TSE, Detection & Response, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Identify technical expansion opportunities and support customer business reviews with technical content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the security industry, primarily in consultative customer-facing roles.
• Deep expertise in at least two security product areas, such as EDR, NDR, SIEM, cloud security, or IAM.
• Experience in solutions engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or another customer-facing technical role.
• Understanding of enterprise security operations and associated detection strategies.
• Strong consultative communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to SOC analysts and security directors.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
