Vietnamese Linguistic Evaluator & Functional Tester (AI)

What you will do

• Evaluate pre-release AI model responses in Vietnamese for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality.
• Fact-check model responses against source material and compare the Vietnamese experience with the English version.
• Test complete user journeys on client-provided smartphones and next-generation smart glasses using Vietnamese input.
• Identify localization and display issues, including incorrect dates, numbers, currencies, units, untranslated strings, text overflow, and rendering problems.
• Document reproducible defects with steps, device and operating system, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence, then retest fixes.
• Support other linguistic projects and provide native-speaker feedback on navigation, usability, and language-specific nuance.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual Vietnamese, written and spoken, with current everyday and technical language knowledge.
• Ability to explain issues clearly in English; English proficiency is required.
• Comfort using smartphones and laptops and moving between iOS and Android.
• Strong attention to detail and objective judgment when assessing quality.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed test scripts and guidelines.
• Previous software or app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation experience is advantageous but not essential.
