Indonesian Linguistic Evaluator & Functional Tester

What you will do

• Evaluate pre-release AI model outputs in Indonesian for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and factual consistency.
• Test Indonesian product experiences against English versions on smartphones and next-generation smart glasses.
• Validate user journeys, feature parity, non-Latin script, diacritics, right-to-left text, and mixed-language input handling.
• Identify display defects and localization errors involving text, dates, numbers, currencies, units, and untranslated strings.
• Document reproducible issues with steps, device and operating system details, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence.
• Retest fixes and support other linguistic projects as needed.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual Indonesian, written and spoken, is required.
• Ability to explain issues clearly in English; English proficiency is required.
• Comfort using smartphones and laptops and moving between iOS and Android.
• Strong attention to detail and objective judgment when assessing language and product quality.
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and collaborate with linguists and testers.
• On-site work in a private, secure Welocalize office is required; remote work is not available for this program.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in software or app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation.
