Korean Linguistic Evaluator & Functional Tester (AI)

Location: On-site in Tokyo, Japan; Barcelona, Spain; or Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Remote and work-from-home arrangements are not available.

What you will do

• Evaluate pre-release AI model outputs in Korean for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality.
• Fact-check model responses against source material and compare the Korean experience with the English version.
• Test complete user journeys on client-supplied smartphones and next-generation smart glasses using iOS and Android.
• Identify localization, display, rendering, date, number, currency, unit, and untranslated-string issues.
• Document reproducible defects with test steps, device and operating system details, locale, build ID, and supporting evidence.
• Retest fixes and provide native-level feedback on navigation, usability, and Korean-language nuance.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual Korean, written and spoken, is required.
• English communication skills sufficient to explain issues clearly are required.
• Confidence using smartphones and laptops, including both iOS and Android.
• Strong attention to detail and objective judgment when assessing quality.
• Ability to work independently, follow detailed test scripts and guidelines, and support on-site work in a secure office environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in software or app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation.
