Urdu Linguistic Evaluator & Functional Tester (AI)

What you will do

• Evaluate pre-release AI model responses in Urdu for accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and factual consistency.
• Test Urdu product experiences against English across smartphones and next-generation smart glasses.
• Check user journeys, non-Latin script, diacritics, right-to-left text, mixed-language input, and feature parity.
• Identify display, localization, date, number, currency, unit, and untranslated-string issues.
• Document reproducible defects with steps, device and operating system, locale, build ID, and evidence, then re-test fixes.
• Support other linguistic projects as needed.

Requirements

• Native-level or fully bilingual Urdu, written and spoken, with current everyday and technical language knowledge.
• Ability to explain issues clearly in English.
• Confidence using smartphones and laptops, including both iOS and Android.
• Strong attention to detail, objective judgement, independence, and ability to follow detailed test scripts and guidelines.
• Previous software testing, app testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation experience is advantageous but not essential.
• On-site attendance is required; remote or work-from-home work is not available.
