Senior Systems Engineer (Mobile Device Management)

Location: Onsite in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

What you will do

• Manage endpoints and mobile devices through SaaS platforms including Jamf, Workspace One, Digicert, and JumpCloud.
• Evaluate, test, deploy, and support software, operating systems, patches, and applications across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
• Automate endpoint management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Lead end-to-end endpoint deployment projects and deliver defined technical outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of administration and operations experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android endpoints, including Windows image deployment.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, and Google MDM.
• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, MECM/Intune, Windows Autopilot, OS patch management, and application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, PKI concepts, SSO protocols, change management, incident management, and ITIL practices.
• Proficiency in Bash, Shell, PowerShell, or Python scripting and automation.
• Ability to work onsite at the hirify.global office in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience using AI tools to improve coding efficiency and documentation quality.
