Enterprise Architect

What you will do

• Establish processes for enterprise architecture development, governance, and management.
• Design and communicate enterprise architectures, architectural repositories, system interfaces, and interoperability models.
• Translate business, user, and technical needs into architectures, capability maps, transition roadmaps, and system documentation.
• Support programmes and projects with planning, risk management, change management, architectural compliance, and architecture implementation.
• Assess architecture maturity and analyse organisational structures, business processes, information-system portfolios, and IT costs and benefits.
• Present architectural studies, business cases, visions, analytical models, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar position.
• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level is required.
• At least one certification: Open Group Certified Architect, Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect, CISSP-ISSAP, ITIL v3 Master or equivalent, or CCBA.
• Experience performing an enterprise architect role and building enterprise architecture culture and practices.
• Expertise in enterprise and business architecture design, architecture domains, maturity models, business processes, value streams, and capability maps.
• Experience with systems modelling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or ARIS Architect, and architecture frameworks including TOGAF, Zachman, or Azure Well-Architected Framework.

Nice to have

• Experience in governance of the architecture function.
• Knowledge of computer science and IT solutions for improving existing operations.
