TL;DR
PEGA Lead System Architect (CLM/KYC): Designing and governing enterprise-scale Client Lifecycle Management and Know Your Customer solutions on the PEGA platform with an accent on architecture, scalability, integrations, and regulatory processes. Focus on leading end-to-end delivery, mentoring technical teams, optimizing performance, and solving complex architecture challenges in financial services.
Location: Hybrid role in Poland with occasional travel to Gdańsk once or twice a quarter
Salary: 1,200–1,400 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do
- Define and govern the technical architecture of PEGA-based solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Client Lifecycle Management and Know Your Customer platforms.
- Establish PEGA best practices, coding standards, and solution governance.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead delivery from design through deployment.
- Ensure integrations with internal and external systems follow enterprise architecture standards.
- Identify technical risks, support performance optimisation, and mentor PEGA developers and architects.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of PEGA development experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead System Architect.
- PEGA Certified Lead System Architect certification.
- Strong experience with Client Lifecycle Management, Know Your Customer frameworks, regulatory processes, case management, and application design.
- Experience leading large-scale PEGA implementations, technical teams, and system integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred.
