Corporate Relations Manager (Fintech)

Location: Ypsonas, Cyprus

International fintech company with a diverse workforce of more than 600 employees across offices in Cyprus, the United Kingdom, the Bahamas, the United Arab Emirates, and Armenia.

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for new corporate accounts and guide stakeholders through onboarding.
• Lead platform walkthroughs and demonstrations covering Client Area functionality, navigation, and product options.
• Configure client accounts and system preferences for a smooth transition to operational status.
• Guide clients through the collection and submission of legal, operational, and onboarding documents.
• Review documentation and coordinate with compliance and legal teams to resolve verification delays.
• Provide frontline troubleshooting and connect client-reported platform issues with technical support and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of client-facing experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Experience with corporate clients and account onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation and compliance processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to explain platform functionality to non-technical users and collaborate with compliance, legal, and technical teams.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
