Operations Technicians (Manufacturing)

Location: Jurong Island, Singapore. Onsite role requiring 12-hour rotating shifts; willingness to work in Jurong Island is required.

hirify.global is hiring for plant operations at its Jurong Island facility.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor plant equipment, pipeline networks, jetty facilities, and process parameters through field and DCS console duties.
• Maintain safe, reliable operations within established operating limits and follow operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues, take corrective action, and support Technical and Maintenance teams.
• Perform unit start-ups, shutdowns, turnaround activities, and first-line maintenance.
• Prepare and execute Lock Out Tag Out documentation for equipment and system repairs.
• Perform Emergency Response Team duties during plant emergencies and drills.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science, NITEC, or “O” Levels.
• 2–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong commitment to operational excellence and safety requirements.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with effective verbal and written communication.
• Availability for 12-hour rotating shifts and willingness to work in Jurong Island, Singapore.
