TL;DR
SAP Technology Architect – Automation & AI (AI) (SAP Basis/Observability): Designing and supporting monitoring solutions, observability platforms, and automation concepts for ICT services with an accent on operational data analytics, Grafana dashboards, and AI implementation. Focus on translating operational metrics into actionable insights, improving system visibility, and leading solution architecture and service delivery.
Location: Kosice, Slovakia; remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.
Salary: negotiable base salary from €2,050 gross per month, depending on seniority and previous experience, plus a variable part and other financial benefits.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support ICT components and applications.
- Build automation, optimization, and standardization concepts and processes.
- Support observability platforms, monitoring solutions, and future Grafana dashboards.
- Analyze operational data, metrics, and processes to deliver actionable insights and improve efficiency.
- Participate in solution design and architecture activities and serve as technical lead for service delivery.
- Provide technical consultancy, maintain complex documentation, manage controlled changes, and train employees.
Requirements
- Experience with data analytics and visualization for SAP Basis.
- Knowledge of SAP Basis operational values and metrics.
- Expert-level operating systems knowledge, expert networking experience, and advanced security experience.
- Advanced experience with programming languages.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on monitoring and observability capabilities.

- German proficiency at upper-intermediate B2 level.
