Focus on troubleshooting complex collaboration and firewall issues, managing SIP trunks and vendors, and supporting ISE, VoIP, and telephony infrastructure upgrades.

What you will do
- Operate, secure, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise network, VoIP, VLAN, firewall, and cabling infrastructure.
- Own Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Communications, collaboration endpoints, and global IP telephony deployments.
- Resolve complex issues involving CUCM, Cisco endpoints, Cisco ISE, firewalls, SIP signaling, RTP streams, QoS, voice gateways, and dial plans.
- Review network and telephony health checks and take corrective action to maintain system reliability and security.
- Manage telecom providers, SIP trunk vendors, and related partners, ensuring SLA compliance for critical voice links.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including ISE implementation, VoIP migrations, and telephony cluster upgrades.
Requirements
- BSc degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in network and telephony administration, with enterprise IP telephony experience.
- Deep experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unified Communications, and Cisco Collaboration Endpoints.
- Experience with voice troubleshooting, including SIP signaling, RTP streams, QoS, voice gateways, and dial plans.
- Experience managing telecom providers and SIP trunk vendors.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Cisco ISE and Fortinet Firewalls.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Cisco Collaboration, Routing & Switching, Fortinet, or Microsoft certifications.
