Focus on troubleshooting complex multi-site Active Directory environments, building bi-directional system integrations, and applying Zero Trust, RBAC, and MFA policies.

What you will do
- Manage and improve internal business systems and applications, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
- Manage and monitor Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS environments.
- Deploy enterprise AI tools and configure third-party applications with attention to security, performance, redundancy, and user experience.
- Translate business requirements into service improvements and collaborate with Solution Engineers, vendors, delivery teams, and managed service partners.
- Support incident response and apply Zero Trust, RBAC, and MFA policies with Network and Security teams.
- Provide second-level support, automate recurring administrative tasks, and maintain systems documentation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in systems administration.
- Advanced troubleshooting experience with Active Directory topology in complex, multi-site or multi-domain environments.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, SSO, Entra ID, Google SSO, or comparable identity management systems.
- Hands-on experience creating bi-directional automated integrations between systems.
- Automation-first mindset with an agile and solution-focused approach.
- Advanced or fluent English skills.
