CrowdStrike Platform Associate Resident Consultant (Remote) (Cybersecurity)

Location: USA - Remote; travel up to 20% may be required.

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers and build relationships with security teams and leadership.
• Plan, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and operationalize the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and its modules.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs and integrate Falcon with existing customer tools.
• Advise customers on threat hunting, incident management, vulnerability management, and asset management.
• Use native and third-party software deployment technologies across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and Professional Services on project planning, status reporting, and customer-facing materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent military or work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with relevant security applications such as endpoint, identity, cloud, or SIEM solutions.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies and familiarity with Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Experience in computer and network security, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Strong communication, presentation, customer partnership, prioritization, and independent working skills in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Falcon, AV, EDR, SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec.
• PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch scripting experience.
• Experience with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of host-based firewalls, file integrity management, data protection, vulnerability management, attack surface management, or IT automation.
• Existing or obtainable security clearances where required by customers.
