CrowdStrike Platform Resident Consultant (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote; ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Salary: $85,000–$120,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customer accounts and build trusted relationships with security teams and leadership.
• Plan, deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize customer CrowdStrike Falcon environments.
• Help customers operationalize Falcon modules across endpoint, identity, cloud, and related security functions.
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs and integrate CrowdStrike with existing tools.
• Support vulnerability and asset management, incident management, customer project planning, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with customer IT teams and CrowdStrike Professional Services to deliver customer-facing solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent military or work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with relevant security applications and 3+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms, computer and network security, and software deployment technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, training, and customer-success skills.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, embedded environment and travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Falcon, AV, EDR, SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec.
• Development experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch.
• Knowledge of host-based firewalls, file integrity management, data protection, vulnerability management, attack surface management, or IT automation.
• Experience with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale, Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Current or obtainable security clearances where required by customers.
