Accounts Payable Specialist, Support Senior

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices through the full accounts payable cycle and maintain accurate payable records.
• Match invoice quantities and amounts with purchase order receipts and verify compliance with signature authority and finance policies.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies, resolve vendor disputes, and communicate with vendors and employees about payment procedures.
• Execute debit memos for return materials authorizations and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain systems and processes that support the integrity of financial information and perform month-end accounting activities.
• Train other accounts payable team members and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with accounts payable operations, vendor invoices, payment processing, and financial record maintenance.
• Ability to reconcile invoices with purchase order receipts and apply finance policies and approval requirements.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies, resolve payment disputes, and communicate effectively with vendors and employees.
• Ability to maintain audit-ready documentation and support month-end accounting processes.
